Ok so I have been thinking about how we might be able to try and get more people to join in and participate. What if we had some sort of contest.
We could run it monthly, and I am thinking it could work something like this....
What we would do is see who could get the most people to join the forum and participate actively. The person who referred the most people would get a prize(we would have to figure out what this would be, could be $ I dunno, but something that motivated people)
Here is the catch though. The people that you get to join would have to have at least 10 posts. Posts where they are actively participating in the forum not just random posts. After they post 10 the person that referred them would get a point. At the end of the month who ever has the most points wins.
I know we can see how many posts someone has made, I am just not sure how we can see who referred them or not. I am sure there is a way that we can figure this out.

Hey guys, I was just wondering if we can have something in the forums via which we can come to know of the members who are online at a particular moment. I know we have something called "Who is Online" but thats displayed in only one page. So what I would like to suggest is that why not have something in the forum threads which will tell us who is online and who is not. What do you guys think? Is my idea worth it?
I think Macmilan can figure this out.

Hey Brian, yes I figured it out and its done. Now the members who are signed in will get to see who is online and who is not.
