Hi Guys,
This is Macmilan, the developer of the community. Recently, Lakemen had forwarded me a suggestion from a member (sorry, I forgot the name) whereby the member wanted to see a place where one can see the names of all the latest members of the community. It would also make people feel good to see if someone joined in through their referral. So I have tried and created an interface for this. Why don't you guys check it out and pass on your feedbacks through this thread. Any suggestions to improve would be welcome. Its here:

This looks very good, and I was the person that was looking for it. One question...how many will it show? Only the recent/current month? Just wondering incase we go to implement a referral contest. _________________ ~Monique~
It will show the latest 20 members of the community. If you have any more queries or suggestions you can leave them here. I am sure Mac will take care of the things.

Lakemen was right. It shows the most recent 20 members of the community.
If you want some alterations just let me know and I shall try n make it more useful for the community.

Sorry Rachel, it cant be done due to certain technical reasons. But if you wish you can just send us your picture and it can be reduced in size so that you can use it is your avatar. Dont worry, your pic will remain the same.

Rachel you could prob, condense the size of your photo on a photo editor on your computer. Do some searching and you will stumble across it! I was thinking about doing the same thing.. _________________ ~Monique~
