It changed wen ii posted a question.
Does it only increase wen ii post?

You won't see an increase from a prior to post to the current as it's updated board wide. That is, even older posts will show your new, higher, amount. Look at the post count for your older posts... even that increase the same way.
Also, posts in the Pub do not earn money. Your thread should have been posted there.

Tcope is right, Hananx. The pub won't earn you any points. Further you won't earn much for posting one-liners. Your posts should contain at least 2 blocks of text for a good return. I don't feel you would become rich by posting the way you are doing now. So try to get some information and knowledge first and then post.
