i injuried my friend. several punch. not serious but have a black eyes and nose. the reason i punched him because he was humiliating me. now he is trying to sue me.what do i need to do?
do i have anythings to defend?
i'm a high school student.
i've never made any problem so far. and
this was my first time beating a friend.
he started humiliating and moreover he ask me to
punch.
by the way he is a foreigner. |

Unless you failed a lot of grades, I doubt you are over 18 years old. As such, your parents will need to address this situation. Do they have any liability insurance such as homeowner or renters insurance? If not, they will need to provide you a defense. Well honey gotta tell ya' from your sentence construction I thought you were too...by the way what state or country are you in? And since he is a ''foreigner' he might just add 'hate crime' to this...did the police come? where did this happen? how was he 'humiliating' you? witnesses? What do your parents have to say and his?

i'm korean. i'm not a fluent speaker and a writer.
you can think of me as a bad person. it could be true.
the fact i hit is not going to change.
the school suspend me about2-3 days and they are still deciding
about me.
my friend also suspended.
let me introduce myself first.
i'm the oldest senior in our school. the reason is my english wasn't
good so my parents put me as a sophomore instead of junior.
frankly i really didn't make any problems. i'm so worried about
what i did. a month ago my best friend Sam told me that himself and
Josh was stealing my stuff for a long time =belt, food, book, clothes, and my personal diary.
but sam ask me sorry about what he did and he promised that he will not
do it. i tried to forgive them and honestly i forgive them. because i thought i'm big man and sometimes satan works to good people too.
but when josh steal my diary (i bought 2 diary before i came to america
one i gave it to my mother. every summer when i get back to korea
we share our diary and read and laugh and cry and fill the empty space between summer vacation to summervacation.), i was literaly angry.
my diary was lying on the ground without care.
i asked him " why did you steal?" josh told me he didn't.
i was so mad because now he is lying on my face.
I probably swear some. and he said " you are the oldest f--k retarded
i'm so shame to talk with you. can you leave me alone?
your breathe smells so bad.
" i said let's go to sam and talk about this problem. and try to solve this
problem " with very aggresive way.
little more conversation and then he humiliated me with his best.
it worked. i gave him a punch.
and my friends hold me back. i went to my room with lots of anger.
little later i went his room to solve this problem but insted of solving
i was fighting with him just about 3 minutes.
i gave him few nice shots on his face. there are now broken bone but
little black eyes and red nose.
I know the fack i hit him is wrong eventhough he did wrong.
i'm having a hard time.
i'm suspended until monday and school is going to decide wheather
i'm get back to school or kick out.
but the problem is , he is trying to sue me.what do i need to do?
do i have anythings to defend?

Ok honey, think I have a little clearer picture...what is your age? you are an exchange student then? Are you staying with an american family? What are they saying...if not who do you live with? How do you know for sure you are being sued? have you received papers that say so? frankly sounds to me like the kid deserved a punch in the nose then some, but that's my white trash redneck mentality showing thru...let us know first if you have actually been served with the paper to sue...have you and sam told the prinicple at your school about EVERYTHING including the theft etc? if you have not you need to get to that prinicple TODAY before a decision is made and explain what led to your rage...further if Josh is indeed filing suit I would prosocute for theft...but if you can get these questions answered first.
