Hello. I need help in market definition in the auto liability area, Workers Comp, the need for medical bill transcription and scrubbing. Also advice on cost: cost per bill, is there a separate line charge, when sending bills is there a separate charge as to delivery type, charge for sending data to and from? Basically I am managing an emerging product area that focuses on receiving bill / document imaging data from insurance carriers and providing them back the scrubbed data results. Also, medical bill adjustment / reviewing staff is enabled through web browser based product (SaaS – Software as a Service) to review these bills for further adjustment / review the bills related to a claim. The dilemma is that the market place has substantial ambiguity and variations in the service / product offering and pricing. I was hoping that someone can provide context in this area.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
