I've joined this forum few months back. My user name is horizon. Till date I've earned around $4. Can you please tell me how can I request my payment? Witting for your reply.

Hey a member can't make a payment request for $4 you have to have minimum of $10 in your account to make the payment request. See here for the details regarding forum payment. Once you accumulate $10 in your account you can send the payout request to Lakemen. Hope this helps. ~Jeremy
