how much does geico pays out to a person that doesnt want to take the route with a lawyer. my left ankle was broke in 2 places and i have a torn rotor cuff, my bill is allready past 30,000

There is no way to tell as the answer requires that your medical bills and notes be known, where you live makes a difference, your age, etc. With $30k in meds I'd be asking the other carrier if the person's policy limits are going to be an issue.
