This concerns a small family owened business with under 20 employees. My father and stepmother divorced, she gained control of the company and I was fired. With the stipulation thru an employment contract as part of the divorce decree granted 6/4/2002 Pursuant to said judgment the court ordered the following: Mike Womack shall remain listed as an employee, so that health insurance can be maintained through Autotronics, Inc., at a cost to be born solely by Autotronics. Inc. She complied with said court order untill 12/14/2007 when she changed from Principal Life to Sentry Life without my knowledge. She did keep me on with Sentry but for only Life and Dental. Any help would be greately appreciated |

I understand about commission on life policies, remember I was doing this on my own. What I need to know is an idea of a base salary for someone who had been in the business for about a year and how leads are obtained when you are a captive agent? Thanks for the help |
