I want to sue my life insurance agent because he mislead me in thinking that he couldn't put me down as beneficiary on this application because I took out a policy on a unrelated friend he put estate and had me thinking I was the executor as well as the owner.Now that the decease have pass they say I got to go court to try and become executor.I was issue a check I can"t cash with estate even though I sent them a will. |
