No, my son had no will. I was the only one left on the will as beneficiary. His dad would be after me if I wasn't alive to receive it.He never had anyone elses name on it. He actually owned nothing in his name. He has been divorced since app.1995. He had no communication with the son,now 18. Not that he didn't want to but the mother put a stop to that. The daughter 24years only called him when she needed something. |

This concerns a small family owened business with under 20 employees. My father and stepmother divorced, she gained control of the company and I was fired. With the stipulation thru an employment contract as part of the divorce decree granted 6/4/2002 Pursuant to said judgment the court ordered the following: Mike Womack shall remain listed as an employee, so that health insurance can be maintained through Autotronics, Inc., at a cost to be born solely by Autotronics. Inc. She complied with said court order untill 12/14/2007 when she changed from Principal Life to Sentry Life without my knowledge. She did keep me on with Sentry but for only Life and dental. Any help would be greatly appreciated |

Justly, I am not the recipient of the annuities(and life insurances) and his wife is not my mother(second marriage). His wife is the recipient in all annnuities, but in his last testament, he gave these annuities and insurances to his children(he forgot to change the recipient of annuities and insurances). The questions is: In Florida state, is the recipient of testament(last wish of my father) or the recipients of annuities and insurances will get the heritage |

Yes it is with western and southern and my grandmothers home was recently sold and my sister found the policy among some papers that had been overlooked. Since I know my grandmother was extremely meticulous about paying things like insurance on time and making certain that all of her grandchildren had it. I doubt that she would have allowed it to lapse. The policy is almost 41 years old though. |
