MetLife term goes from $131 to $700/mo.

In Jan. 2011, my Mom had me contact MetLife to start a 20 yr. term life policy for $500K. I'd already called several companies the previous yr. to get quotes, had went w/M.L. because of the company's rep. Originally quotes $120/mo., but expected that to increase after the exam/med. records, since my Mom is a two-time cancer survivor. Contract and draft papers show up for $131.31/mo., and got 4 phones during in a week asking if we'd sent them back. Two months go by, no funds have come out of my account, and was told they wanted an additional exam. She took that, few more months, no return call. Called again, they want another exam. Took that one, too, and to both our frustrastions, months later they want a fourth exam. Come Jan. 2012, finally got them to answer the phone, and her policy was "conditionally approved" at $615/mo.

I've contacted the BBB and the St. of Fl. Insurance Comm. to complain, but my question is, do I have any grounds to file suit since their own contract states they would cover her for $131? She wants something to take care of her bills, final expenses, and to leave something for her four sons.
