Hey, are your inquiring about insurance runoff, which arises from the old and discontinued liabilities? I suppose, its a matter between the insurers and the re-insurance companies Confused

Run Off could also mean the unpaid claims at the termination date of a self funded Health or Dental Policy. Claims submitted, in appeal or incurred prior to the date of termination. Who's going to administer and pay the Run Off or is there a 3 month, 6 month or 12 month Run Off period built into the self funded contract.
