| i am 17, and have a permit. I already bought a car, title is under my name. Can i register, and insure it under my name, or do i have to wait til of get my license, or can i put my moms nam eon the title, insurance and everything under her name? until i get my license |

You may have to...it depends on your states regulations regarding a minor registering a vehicle. You should've had insurance on this car before you drove away with it. You can likely add this to Mom's policy...contact her agent and see, I'm assuming you are in the same household as Mom right?
