scraped parked car in my drive way, neighbor doenst want to exchange info what do i do?

Your neighbor does not want to give you his/her information or he/she does not want to give their information or get yours? I'm guessing your state laws requires an exchange. I'd simply give your neighbor your information and report the accident to your insurance company. It's not like you don't know this person's address and you probably know his/her name.

There's really NO good reason I can think of for him to give you his information. As Tcope said, either give him yours and file the claim with your carrier or offer to pay it out of pocket. If he doesn't move on this I'd send him a letter stating that unless he presents a claim (estimates) to you within 10 days you will assume he does not wish to pursue a claim/repair. _________________ "Never, never be afraid to do what's right, especially if the well being of a person or animal is at stake.
