Swinton Insurance are using a thrid party called Drive assist when claim under your insurance, It is well know fact that Drive assist are in no shape or form a creditable company
Drive assit is using a comapny call IMS who act as the insurance inspection body. IMS also are questionable to there creditiblity.
Please please take this advice and either double check your insurance arrangements and contract to make sure Drive assist are not part of it or just move insurance as quickly as possible.
I think i am speaking for everyone who has had dealings with Swinton, Drive assist and IMS
I also hope that this is picked by some in authority that can investagate the above mentioned.
