yes i have insurance but not underinsurance or uninsurance and i dont have pip she all ready paid the ticket 2 days of the acciendt and i just found out that on the police report the man on the 18 wheeler said that we hit him 1st and then a car hit us from behide but that didnt happen what should i do is that doing to count against us ????? or hurt us on anything ? but we didnt hit an 18 wheeler what should i do ?

If the police report is false, you can file abuse of process. I'd take care of that before anything.

I'd call the police dept right now and talk to the reporting officer. However, just because he said this doesn't make it so...What did the other car say?
