yes i have insurance but not underinsurance or uninsurance and i dont have pip she all ready paid the ticket 2 days of the acciendt and i just found out that on the police report the man on the 18 wheeler said that we hit him 1st and then a car hit us from behide but that didnt happen what should i do is that doing to count against us ????? or hurt us on anything ? but we didnt hit an 18 wheeler what should i do ?

If the police report is false, you can file abuse of process. I'd take care of that before anything.

I'd call the police dept right now and talk to the reporting officer. However, just because he said this doesn't make it so...What did the other car say?Based on your other thread...looks like there was a lot of misinformation going on.. :roll:
oh and when the cops got there and i told them that i was driving and then i got scared so i told him the truth and i asked if i was going to go to jail because i said i was driving and she just got a ticket whats going to happen to me for liying to the cop and whats going to happen to her?
