Injury claim issue.

Posted: Fri Oct 02, 2009 9:27 pm   Post subject: Injury claim issue.   Hello, I was involved in an accident and had injury for that. I received a letter from the at-fault party insurance stated that they will not pay the medical bills incurred. They suggest me to pursue my own insurance company or health insurance company for medical bills. Is that normal? BTW, this is in Texas.
