hit parked car. no damage at all to other car. driver said let it go. minimum damage to front right fender/light.

So, your daughter had wrecked the front of your car back in feb'09. Since you've mentioned that it's a minor damage, I'm curious to know if you had paid out-of-pocket. Or is it that there's now a problem with the car or your carrier? Please explain.
