I agreed to lease my vehicle to a company that did work on my house. The owner of the company and I signed the lease and he took possession of the vehicle. He had insurance on it for a couple of months and I cancelled mine. But then he stopped paying me for the lease of the truck, did not return my license plate and did not register it like he said he would. The insurance he had on the truck ran out and was cancelled.Now he has moved, cancelled his phone and basically stole my truck. I have a mistermeaner warrent out on him, but who knows if they cops will find him. I'm still paying for the truck and I just reinstated the insurance I had on the truck before he told me I could cancel it, because he had gotten his own. But if he gets into an accident, will my insurance cover it.
