Do we need both E & O AND an LLC or one or the other?

Posted: Sat Oct 10, 2009 3:20 pm   Post subject:    You're talking about two different things. E&O (Errors and Omissions) is liability insurance coverage, similar to malpractice coverage. An LLC is a Limited Liability Corporation; nothing more than a type of business entity formation, such as a sole proprietorship or partnership are business entities.
