my mother hired an in home" Home aid". she is not a nurse and will not administer meds. We are concerned for liabilty purposes but the insurance agent told me we need to get a "FEIN' before they can write a workers comp policy. Is this so? I see here a FEIN is for a "business" didn't see for an individual
