i'm 5 months and i work as a in home nurse i care for elderly people who i have to carry and help out. when i lift them i start cramping and slight spotting.

No you cannot. In order to recieve unemployment benefits you must be availible and able to perform work related duties. You can however apply for short or long term disability if you have the insurance coverage.
