Hello everyone,My work truck was stolen a couple of months ago and recovered. The insurance claim was for $12,000 but im behind on payments for more than that. The insurance made the check out to the lien holder and myself. At this point all i want is to get the truck fixed so i can continue to feed my family. The lien holder will not negotiate anything with me, they just want to repo the truck as they think they can get more for it at the action.Please advise! Thanks

I'm not sure what advice you are looking for. You either need to get the payments up to date or the truck will be repo'd and the lien holder will hold you responsible for the damages (sign check over and pay them your deductible). Ignoring the situation is not going to make it go away.
