As far as DUI is concerned the car would probably get impounded and the owner might need to pay a fine to get it back.
Your son was driving someone else's car, but did he have an implied permission to drive it? |

What is your question? or did you just want to make a statement about your stepson's irresponsiblity?
If he had permission and the vehicle he was driving had insurance, the insurance on that car will be primary, if the limits are too low, and he has a policy they will then come to that policy for any needed additional coverage. _________________ "Never, never be afraid to do what's right, especially if the well being of a person or animal is at stake.
