You're not making any sense. I think I gather that you were in an accident driving a car you don't own and the driver of the other car was at fault.
The at-fault driver has no insurance.
The owner of the car you were driving does have insurance. Her insurance company is taking care of things, but you want to sue that company?
Why would you want to sue them?
What unpaid bills are you talking about, did the insurance company actually refuse to pay them?
If this was just a couple days ago how could you possibly have bills already?
If you want to sue anyone why not sue the driver of the other car? |
