Posted: Sun Nov 01, 2009 11:08 pm   Post subject: temporary disability cliam not coved because house is rented   kia ora my wife is on a temporary disability claim. we have been told we will not be coved be cause our house is rented out. i have looked every wear to find information about this caulse ? Posted: Mon Nov 02, 2009 9:23 am   Post subject:    Have you been given any specific time frame in order to file your appeal? Did they ask for any supporting documents? They should clearly state the cause of their denial. Go through your policy papers and if you don't come across any specific clause, you'd then have the right to appeal under a lawyer.
