I was injured in an auto accident that was not my fault. If I file a claim with my own insurance in addition to the at-fault's insurance, will that leave a bad mark in my record that will affect my current or future insurance rate if I decide to change insurance carrier?

If you're referring to PIP or Med Pay under your own auto policy no, it will not affect your rates. If they could you'd be penalized for complying with state laws.
