I had a unicompartmental knee replacement done in dec of 2004,no problems,got in a car accident nov 18 2007 and had orthcopic surgery on that same knee and now it is starting to pop and swell by the end of the day.my doctor appointment is the 16 th of nov two days short of the 2 years what do i do? no settelment has ben offered or asked for
