Insurance company already issued a check to me. That same day auto body shop told me that had found one more problem. Should I cash or wait for a new check?

Go ahead and cash the original check. The insurer will not send you a "new" check. The additional problem (damage) is called a supplement and will be in addition to the original check. You may request that check as well (I would recommend it) and then pay the shop directly.

How many times do you want the same answer: Ask Allstate.
