| i was driving my car thats in my aunts name that we have a written agreement that im buying this car in payments i was in a accident with the car and i am listed on the insurance how can i find out if she is collecting money for the damages for this accident? |

| You can call your aunt and ask. You can call her insurance company and see if they will tell you. Sorry, but aren't those two answers obvious? |

If you were driving the car at the time of the accident, then the insurance company had better be contacting you for a statement anyway..if you have a written agreement with your aunt, then they should make the draft payable to both you and her (she as the lein holder).
