my policy came with a flyer 2 years ago that said in the even of a total loss i would get a full new car of the same model as yours ! any one can confirm or add to this? i am worried that my car which costs 60,000 new. and was garage kept, maybe the offer me 30 ? i am worried any comments are welcome. insurer is primmum and i am in toronto canada

I'd imagine that flyer was offering you an endorcement for sale. If you bought it, then you may have this coverage. Did you? Look at your most recent insurance bill or policy renewal for the coverages. Do you see something that says, 'guaranteed replacement' or something such as this?
Have you turned in the claim?

i filed the claim friday. they have not even contacted me yet. is there anyone who can help me! or any way i can protect myself and my investment against loss? i hope they can find my car but if not it would cost 60 + to replace.
