How good and valuable is an adjuster license for someone

How good and valuable is an adjuster license for someone with technical and aviation background in the current market.

Well, I think it would be real valueable in a state that requires adjusters to be licensed, and with a carrier that handles air planes... :wink:

If it were me, I'd try and find some of these carriers.

Have you thought about talking with the big airlines? I'll bet they are self insured on some level.

I can tell you it's HUGE. I have a good friend of mine in VA who handles aviation claims. He has contracts with several companies including the Military. He is currently working in Iraq as an idependent contractor for the DOD. He was a multi-line adjuster for a number of years, but his experiance in aviation put him in a position where he didn't have time for anything else. He makes quite a good living.
