Posted: Mon Dec 07, 2009 8:35 pm   Post subject: The at fault party gave the police a wrong phone number   What can I do? the at fault party (without insurance) gave the police a wrong phone number and the subrogation agency could not get a hold of the driver by mail or by phone. I also did my research and I believe the address she gave the police was her work address. I had called the phone number that matches the address she gave the police and ask for her and the lady answered the phone and said she is not home but will take a message. I left my number for her to call back and I ask her if this is where is live her reply was yes but the website info tells another story. It just sound fishy to me. What can I do now?
