:?: hey ampm fam i am jurt curious about the amount i could possibly get from the guy i hit.he turned in from of me causing me to hit him.to make a longstory short he received a citation for improper left turn.my airbag was deployed and the ems had to come to the scene to take a look at me.my car damages are 10,000 i went to my dr.the day it happend and i have been going to my own chrio ever since so far my bills are a little over 2,000.how much can i get from this.no broken bones thank god but bad neck pain upper and lower back,pain and my chest wall has hurt for several days after the accident.please respond i am interested in what you all have to say.

There is no way for anyone to tell you that w/o knowing your age, the area of the accident, review your medical treatment, review your medical records, etc.
You won't get much over your medical bills for a soft tissue injury who's main treatment was chiro.
