We did not get a police involved i asked him for his insuance information, I called the auto insurance company the same day. I spoke someone and they said they were going to sed someone to take pictures, until today it has been one year and no one is repsonding. Can i sue this company? _________________

I think you've posted this question somewhere else, either that or someone else has the exact same problem as you! In any case, if the insurers been ducking you for a year I'm pretty certain you can hav them strung up by your local insurance regulatory body. You have GOT to be kidding me! You had an appointment with someone to come and look at your car...they don't show and you wait a YEAR to ask why? Seriously?
