| on May 6th 2009 at about 6am My father took his own life. The night before on May 5th 2009 at about 5pm he changed his beneficiaries from his two children to his live in girl friend. On that same day he wrote 4 suicide notes all dated on May 5th 2009. It is clear to me that my father was mentally unstable at the time he made these changes and that he had been consumiing alcohol at the time he made these changes. What should I do to get these changes that were made less then 24 hours before his death. Void so that the rightful beneficaries get the money they deserve from this policy? |
