My mother took out a life insurance policy in 1996 listing my brother and myself as her beneficeries but changed the beneficiary in 2000 to her spouse. In december she made a last will and testament giving my brother and myself both half interest in the policy. She has recently passed away. How can this be handled. The will is very specific to her wishes.
