when appresair assessed the damaged car as total loss and did not mentioned or assessed salvage value of it then at the later stage they not right to retain the money for salvage ( Waiver and Estoppel have been happened )
Am I right ?

If you are asking, if you retain the salvage (keep your totaled vehicle) do they have the right to deduct the salvage value from the money they give you..then yes, they have the right, and no you are not correct.
