| one day he gave lift to someone and that person gave something in the biscuits and my father became unconsious after eating the biscuit. next day in the morning when became concious he found himself in the field. and his car was taken by the thieves.now the insurance company is delaying the ccompesation .my father also died last month . company also allegated my father that he was using the car for taxi but he was using it for personal use. now we are getting calls from the company people that negotiate in the claim and they will make the procedure fast.pls tell me what to do against company |

First off you need to slow it down and explain it a little clearer..maybe it would be easier if I asked you some questions and you answer them...
What state (and country) did this occur?
Who were the people your Dad was giving the lift to?
How did he know them, why was he giving them a lift etc?
When did this happen?
What did the police say?
Did your father die due to this bisquit?

country- india
the people were unknown because one man was paralysed so he gave lift
it happened in july 26,2009
police made report that my father found in the fields and head of villager saw him lying unconsious and the head informed the police.
my father died becase of heart failure. |

That what I was afraid of, I'm so sorry but I know absolutely nothing about the insurance laws in India..
surely there is a governing body (of the insurance industry) in your country. I'd recommend finding them and filing a complaint with them...
