I have been researching this and find no one. I have a Primerica Life Insurance policy and debt I want to eliminate.

It's unlikely that a person with a term life policy will find a bank lender interested in a collateral assignment unless the length of the remaining term is sufficiently longer than the duration of the loan payments. Remember that you must not only be able to pay all your other bills and expenses, but your life insurance premium and your new loan payments. If your debt is seriously upside-down, you may have better luck working with a debt consolidation service. Well, that could mean quite a tough challenge for you, especially when you're knee deep in debt. You'll find a no. of credit repair services these days. Debt consolidation is one as tcope rightly mentioned, but you may also check other alternatives like debt settlement. Make sure you don't need to file for bankruptcy in the end.
