I am getting nearly half the premium quoted by Hartford for a HO-3 policy in Texas compared to the renewal I got from my existing Insurance Company AAA for a HO-2. I have heard that HO-2 form is not issued any more in Texas and it is better to keep it in case there is MOLD or Water problems. Is this correct?. Should I change from HO2 to HO3? Thanks Texan.
