can i get a settlement?

Lady turned in front of me. I received very little injuries. Can i receive any kind of settlement?

What state did the accident happen in? What are the details of the accident? Have you sought any medical treatment?

We first need to know who is at fault here and if this accident has caused damage to your car. If the lady is at fault, you will certainly receive a settlement for the damages caused to the property. But you would hardly get any compensation for your personal injuries since you admit that it is too minor.

If you are not at fault, your insurance company would subrogate with the at-fault party or their insurance company (if the lady is properly insured) or if she is uninsured then your insurance company is likely to go after the at-fault person personally.

And if you are at-fault, it is only likely that that you would be liable for all the damages caused to the other party.
