i was in a car accident in round rock tx and i was involved in a 3 car accident. i was stopped at a red light and got hit from the back driving me into another car at 55 miles an hour causing slight whip lash to me and my finace and backw is pain and neck pain to my finace along with a lump which right now is siad to be a contusion. The cops gave the guy who ran the light a ticket. NOw im wondering what kind of money is deserved for this kind of accident for the severe inconvience, and pain and suffering this has caused. it has already been 12 days and a adjuster is barley looking at the car which will be classified as a total loss. any info please we are kids and dont want to get screwed and having to pay for another car when we had one that was paid off already

Money owed to you, not deserved. The amount of your medical bills, anytime off work and the ACV (actual cash value) of your car.

There is just no way that someone can put a dollar amount on your injury claim unless we knew the extent of your medical treatment, the amount of your medical bills, more information about your injury, your age.... I could go on and on. All of this information is taken into consideration.

they were 8 days late in giving a rental leaving my fiance without a car when he just moved here and now he had nothing for 8 days when he wanted to look for a job and now that that the car rental is in play the time is being used on adjuster phone calls, doctor's appointments etc not to mention time spent in looking for a new car picking up medications. Doesnt the tort law come into play here

Rental cars, time spent on the phone, etc. does not increase the injury claim. The rental is part of the property damage amount. If they need to address that, then you need to speak to them about it.

The law says that _you_ have a duty to prove your loss. If this means you need to take time on the phone then this is part of that. Looking for a vehicle does not have anything to do with the loss. The adjusters does not owe for you to find a vehicle, only to pay you for your vehicles value.

The time you spend getting your meds could be worked into the injury settlement. Though its not really much of a consideration when compared to everything else.
