My insurance lapsed and i got hit by another car with insurance i was at no fault will all my bills be taken care of

If the at-fault party has liability insurance, then you should be compensated for your bills. But in this case, you should be able to see why we say it's dangerous to drive without coverage.

Depends on what 'bills' you're talking about and if your state has a 'no pay no play' statute. If so you can only recover 'economic' losses only.
