Can I sell a car unregistered car due to parking tickets?

Posted: Thu Jan 21, 2010 11:32 pm   Post subject: Can I sell a car unregistered car due to parking tickets?   I have continuously insured my car while it sat in my driveway with suspended registration due to penalties on parking tickets in the state of Maryland where I live (which actually were indeed paid -court date pending) . However, the prospective buyer needs registration to drive it.
