Posted: Thu Feb 04, 2010 5:03 pm   Post subject: Insurance claims   I was hit in a parking lot and all the police reports and insurance claims were done. The other driver was at complete fault. i gave my statement to the insurance company and the other driver cannot be contacted because of what ever reasons. It has not been to long maybe almost 2 weeks. What can i do to speed up the process? Is some one at fault? Must i sue to get results? Posted: Fri Feb 05, 2010 12:15 am   Post subject:    Do you have collision cover for your vehicle? If so your insurer should pay for your repairs immediately anyway as I understand it. If not, you will be waiting for the other parties insurer to act on your repairs.
