| hi, my son parked the car in front of house, the owner of the house backed the car into my son's car, put some damages on the car, she gave my son her insurance iformations, this case , does my son have to pay the dedutible from his own insuarance after he fixed the car. thank you. |

| If her insurance company accepts liability (most likely), no your son will not have to pay a deductable. |

| The other party has already accepted her fault, so it is their insurance company which pays for the damages. In that case, your son will not have to pay any deductibles. |
