| I was told that I would have to fight for 10,000.00 to 20,000.00 dollars to split between three injured people. Myself might have to have surgey on my shoulder, my leg has been swollen since October and the doctors don't know why, and my medical bills a piling up. What should I do. |

| Was the drunk driver ever caught, insurance information obtained? If not, what has your insurance company advised you? |

Sounds like he was caught and his BI limits are 10/20 ($10k per person and $20k over-all). If so, this means $10k is the max the OP can collect from the other carrier and it might be less.
OP, do you have under insured motorist bodily injury coverage on your own policy? |

| Presuming that the other driver was caught, it seems that the total amount of compensation would exceed the other party's policy limits. In such a case you might get compensation benefits if you have under-insured motorist bodily injury coverage, collision coverage or Personal Injury Protection. |
