ty for you help so far.let me explain more.i was in an accident in pa. (rear ended).i was awarded 15,000 in my case against the other driver,which i did not accept as of today.my policy is with allstate in n.y. can i get the rest of the sum coverage from allstate? i have 100,000 coverage on my policy under sum.thank you for your help.
